How do I find my MAC's hardware address?

To find your Mac's Wi-Fi MAC (hardware) address, follow the steps below.

  1. Open System Preferences.

    Click System Preferences

  2. Click Network.

    Click Network

  3. Select Wi-Fi from the list on the left.

    Select Wi-Fi

  4. Click Advanced in the bottom right.

    Click Advanced

  5. The Wi-Fi address will be listed at the bottom left of the pane that appears.
